Hi,
I have a friend who needs the specs for this safety, he´s a gunsmith and he´d like to see if he can make a "better mousetrap". He´s old though and the Internet just isn´t his thing.

It's not that one should not ask. But that the safeties are cheep enough you could buy the chapman, wisner, and the PMS brand and still not invest more then $100.

I don't mean to sound arrogant but if your buddy is capable of building a better mouse trap he should be capable of getting a safety and figuring it out. It's not like these things come with blue prints and we just have a copy laying around. No one replied most likely because they just don't have the info you're looking for.

My suggestion is take a look at this
PMS safety

It a site that has a good over view of how the safety works and how to install it.
It may not be a print but it's better then nothing

Sounded to me more like he wanted the specs for a Three position one; like he wanted to manufacture a new one.

Is that correct Suomolainen? Paiva
