I am heading to Richmond next week and was hoping to visit some good gunshops in the area, especially any that specialize in quality collectible guns such as Winchester, etc. If you have any ideas let me know.

The biggest gun shop in that area is "Greentop". It's a little north of Richmond, on Rt. 1.

rws is correct on Greentop. It is located in Ashland, Virginia on Route 1. One of my favorite places...(grin)

Yeah, I live two hours north of it, but still make a trip or two every year. Greentop's a neat place.

I used to go to Greentop in the 70's when I was stationed at Fort Lee. It was a great place then. Haven't been there in 30 years!!
