I have been working on a rifle for my Granddaughter these past few months and finally got it together. It started out life as a 93 Spanish Mauser I picked up at a gunshow for $30 I polished it and had it heat treated. Used an Ed LaPour safety,Timmey trigger and GAG stock. Bill Soverns did the checkering for me. It has a 21 inch barrel and 13 1/2 lop.
Since my Granddaughter is just going on 5 I have some time to play with it before I have to give it up, hope to put some rounds through it after thanksgiving.

I think that's one of the nicest sporters built on a 93 Mauser that I've seen. Way to go Gramps.
