Share some more info on what you’re wanting. Model of gun. Shotgun or rifle barrels, etc?

I can do it, rather costly job.

It would probably be more cost effective to find a set of existing barrels, fit them up, sacrifice them for the breach section(monoblock), and sleeve .410 barrels in.

What gauge are the current barrels.

That complicates finding an existing barrel set...

Making and fitting a new set of .410 barrels would be around $6500-$7500 w/o engraving, utilizing the original forend. My backlog is in excess of 28 months currently.

The only other person I’m aware of in the US would be Dewey Vicknair, I don’t think he works in LC Smiths anymore though.

You don't mono bloc " from chambers forward" .. A 410 LC is pretty rare so finding a set would be a long search

So you need the gun sleeved. I do lots of that. If staying the same barrel length it’s $3500. Unfortunately I cant get .410 sleeving tubes with fixed choke, so interchangeable chokes or fixed choke sleeves must be installed at additional cost if so desired.

Sleeving is not interchangeable with lining, a different process which nobody in the US does.

Not worth it imho .. sleeving devalues the gun esp US collector guns. Smiths Parkers etc value is all about originality.

However, if the current barrels are beyond repair, then you might think of going to a double rifle. There is a bit more work (ribs, sights and regulation) but the final product may be worth more than a sleeved 410, if it's done right. Problem is LC action has only one fastener so you have to stick to something pretty mild like a pistol ctg. If you pick the right ctg, you don't even have to redo the extractor.

The only guy I would trust with the job is Ken Owen. He does not have a primadonna attitude and he knows his stuff, particularly when it comes to DRs.
