I am looking for an rifle action thread chart that shows the make and barrel threads per inch. that will thread into action.
I have some barrels and need to match them to actions.

I've got a book published by the NRA--a do-it-yourself gunsmithing book, comprised of articles published in the American Rifleman, and one of the chapters has charts you're looking for. I'll get the full title and author but if you can't find it I might be able to fax you copies.

Look in the back of "Bolt Action Rifles" by DeHaas. There are diagrams of all the common ones.

There is more to it than just thread dia. and pitch. The lengty of the thread and how the chamber end of the barrel is configured are also important. Different actions can have the same threads but barrels would not interchange.
Be careful with DeHaas, he did some strange conversions of metric designations to inch.
