I have a Rem. 30S, now in 458 Lott. The original magazine follower is way to short. Who makes a good mag lenght replacement?

You might try WISNERS, or BROWNELLS...if that doesn't work, I would bet that the follower from an M-700 in .375 would probably work, though it might need some mods....

Hogkiller - I think I have a Winchester M70 300 WBY follower in my parts bin. Don't know if it will work, but you could try it and see.
