I recently worked with a stock from HS precision and without going into a lot of detail, wasn't happy with the way the barreled action fit. Sent it back to HS and they checked it out and said that it was within spec but they would replace it anyway. We (it was my brother's stock) are very happy with HS, needless to say. They were very concerned with getting us a stock that we were happy with. This is my first experience with HS but their good reputation is apparently well deserved. It's nice to deal with a company like HS.

Believe this, you are the exception to the HS precision rule re: customer service.
