If your parents didn't have any children chances are you won't either.

Why don't you tell us a little bit more about your project and then maybe a few folks here will tell you about their stock guys. Pretty hard to recommend someone when there is no information about the project.

1. what metalwork do you have?
2. do you have a blank?
3. what style of stock are you looking for?
4. what is your approximate budget?
5. what will be the end use for the piece?

Thanks to 22WRF,for all your questions. Here's what I have in mind. I have a Winchester Feather Weight in 6.5X55. I want to copy the excisting factory stock but use a Bastonge Blank I have already.

Well, in that case, if you plan on finishing the stock yourself and you just want it duplicated, you might want to contact our Moderator Jeffe.

He recently built his own duplicator and worked hard at getting all of the bugs out of it. He has posted photos of his work here on AR, and people have spoken highly of both his work and his character.

You might want to give him a holler.

I know for a fact that jeffeoso has the win featherweight pattern, as I sent him mine to copy a while back. That would be my best bet. I know he is busy, but very reasonable.
