<oneshot>Bedding a magnum
I have a problem getting my leupold scoped Cz 550 in 375 H/H shoot to my satisfaction after having tried many bullet and powder combinations and i now intend to bed the action. I have discovered that the barrel "move" quite a bit when i tighten the forward screw.
Anyone have an opinion on this?
I have not been able to find a good source of information on how to do the bedding in easy steps and I will appreciate any information on this subject.

<Bill Tompkins>oneshot,
There is some very good information available at:
www.varminthunters.com click on the forum, then look in the header area for "tech section" and click. Read all of the bedding articles that you need and then go to work. If you need more refinement give me a holler.
My recommendation would be to pillar bed a magnum in either fiberglass or wood. After you read the articles, let me know what you think.
Bill
