I noticed that Ralph Bone has passed awaya couple of days ago. He was one the finest stockmaker and engraver artist around. I had met him a few years ago. I made a stock and Ralph engraved the sheeps head on the bolt handle and also the trigger guard. I talked to him a couple of years ago at the Tulsa show. We decussed his time teaching at Colorado School of Trades. A great man to leave us and he will be missed. Les

I enjoyed the few conversations I had with him at the ACGG show. He was a very genuine individual who I found very easy to talk to.

I remember salivating over a couple of folders Ralph had at Billy Fred's gunshop in Amarillo in the mid 70's. Met Ralph a couple of decades later at a FEGA show. Great guy. Sorry to hear he passed away. Roger Kehr Kehr Engraving Company (360)456-0831

My Uncle said Ralph was feeling tired Wed. and Thurs. He told his wife Friday about his discomfort and she called 911. Because of all the snow, the paramedics could only get within 1 1/2 miles from his house. They walked the rest of the way and tried to help him. They eventually got him to the hospital, but it was just too late. He was a long time friend of my Uncle's family and will be missed. He was a fine man. Butch
