This should be easy for a Mauser person.
I have 98 type bolt body that has the following:

1. Shorter than normal
2. Gas vent slots are obround but more narrow than normal.
3. When the bolt is face is viewed with the lugs horizontal there is a small groove cut in the bolt face rim at 12 oclock.
4. It is not Yugo - (it has the projections on the front end of the split left locking lug)
5. Other than a serial number on the arsenal bent bolt handle it only has one other marking
--a V in a circle on the rear of the bolt hand root.

Paper weight or did I find a good bolt for something?

Second that, sound like a 36 mex. the original extactor would have a hole to line up with the vent notch in the rim.

Just like my 1936. Do you have the cocking piece by chance?

If your bolt is extra to your needs, please let me know. I have a mex mauser project and the bolt is a little more pitted than I prefer.

thanks
