I am looking for a replacement stock (nothing fancy) for my Remington 581 .22LR bolt action. I thought I had found a source (Bob's guns in Arkansas) but after placing my order, I was notified that they didn't have anymore. Numrich (e-gunparts.com) doesn't have any either. The stock from the 541 might also work but I don't think the 582 stock will work as its a tube magazine and the 581 is a clip magazine.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you have the old stock you can send it to a duplicator and he can use it as a pattern for a new one.

If you are not in a hurry go to ebay and set up search to notify you when someone list part needed. Surprizing on what you willl find James
