I bought a couple of bolt release kits from Heritage Arms for a Remington 600. They were billed as easily installed. They came with no instructions. Help! Any pointers?

Their website indicates instructions included. I would suggest contacting them. Certainly they could be e-mailed to you. It's pretty straight-forward. Just like the Remington factory model. Use the provided pins to attach it to the side of the trigger housing. Description "Continuing with the Remington 600 series rifles, another weakness presented itself. If you own one of these great rifles, you are aware of the difficulty in removing the bolt for clearing or cleaning an obstructed barrel. We used the pattern of the Remington 700 Series bolt release to design the bolt release for the 600 and 660 Series rifles. We manufacture these from heat-treated Stainless Steel to give you years of trouble-free service. Included with the bolt release are all required parts necessary for installation. An instruction sheet is also provided, or for a small fee you can enlist the aid of your favorite gunsmith." Heritage Arms, Inc. What Bob said, however I see these as solutions to non existent problems. I can always find something to release the bolt; for those who don't have one, you need a thin screwdriver or piece of wire to trip the bolt release.
