Can a Savage 110 with a blind mag be converted to drop floor plate?

Is there someone that makes a "kit" or is this a totally custom job? Can it, has it been done?

This is a synthetic stocked model as well. I'm not sure if that complicates things further or not.

If you go to Guns America and look under the left hand section there are 2 there that some one had done with the Winchester floor plates
