I need one too! I believe one can be made bu shortening a standard M98 pin: it is exactly one groove shorter, IIRC.... Kendog , did you find one ? I've got dozens of the 1903 Turk intermediate action , I think they are the same . It's NOT the std 1938 Turk . It uses the long heavy cocking piece and was originally made in 7.65 . I'll need to dig ( really ) a path to the shop and climb ( up ) over the piles of Mauser stuff . | |||

I once owned a Husqvarna M98 and it had a very long firing pin that almost penetrated the primers. The indentation was so deep that I was not happy developing loads with more powder.. I took the pin out and removed about 1 mm on a Gerber diamond knife sharpener. It took a while but problem solved. "When the wind stops....start rowing. When the wind starts, get the sail up quick." | |||

Did not find one, so I re-repaired the existing one. Other(s) before had hard soldered a piece of mystery stock .011" under FP hole size. MAY have led to early failure, very flimsy in .075 hole. Fit and soldered a .120" piece of oil hardened spring stock, turned/profiled/polished to size (.074 Nom). Set protrusion and sent it out the door. | |||
