Is the Remington action that is used in their muzzleloaders the same as their other 700's? Basically can you instal a Jewel trigger in one?

The Remmy ML actions use standard Remmy trigger groups. Any of the aftermarket units will work.

FWIW, I cleaned up the stock trigger and installed a set of Hollands springs in mine and ended up with a very nice 2.75# finished product.
