What is a reasonable trigger pull that a gunsmith should be able to get a Win. 94 trigger to? Is 2-3 lbs asking too much? Are there any after market trigger kits for the 94’s?

Depends on the gunsmith. They can be brought down a fair amount in weight. There are no aftermarket triggers for the Winchester 94. It's a cowboy gun.
