Took a .357 Ladysmith to Mag-na-port for a trigger job and when it was returned the single action was great but the double action was still too stiff. The gunsmith looked it over and finally said that due to the design he could not make the double action smoother/lighter and keep the gun safe. He refunded the amount paid.
Still really great to do business with honorable people. All other work I've had done there has been excellent, including porting and trigger work.
