Guys,

Can a Model 88 Winchester trigger be improved? I'm thinking of purchasing one but I've always heard the triggers were awful.

I have a Model 88 in 284 made in 1963. I do not find the trigger objectionable at all. It is smooth and not to heavy of a pull. I think the trigger pulls on them vary greatly as to quality. The Pre 64 model 88s I have tried have all been acceptable.
