Has anyone done a modification to a brno fox Hornet magazine so as longer cartridges can be loaded.

yes take the back plastic part of the magazine out by punching the pins out ,sand off 3mm of the back part of the plastic then put it back in and drill through the little pin holes on the magazine and put the pins back in ,and then when you put the magazine back together put the spring the other way around and then you can put the longer 40grn v-max in but it will only hold four rounds in the magazine well it works on my k-hornet brno fox model 2 and doesnt jam and feeds correctly

oh yes same for the brno fox model 2 in 222 calibre mag if anyone does a search later this can be done to fit the spitzer bullets but do the same take 3mm of the back ,but also with the follower plate bend the back part towards the back 3mm being carful not to break the follower plate at the bend due to it being very hard and brittle but leave the spring the original way.
