because of the number of responces i got i thought i would let every know what i found.
i had a fn that i had a 3 posistion safety and a new trigger put on and after that it would not kick the empty out. the action screws were to tight. i removed a bit of stock under the ejecter and all works fine. thanks for everyones help. Mike
