I have a rem.700 BDL short action chambered for the Rem. 6mm BR. The magazine has a .243 follower and the cartridge won't feed properly...Any suggestions???

It is next to impossible to get the 6mmbr to feed properly from the magazine. The case is too short and fat. Best bet is to put a single shot follower in the top of the magazine and use it single shot.

Try ejecting the empty "smartly" but feeding the next round from the magazine slowly. Unfortunately this round was never meant to be fed from a magazine.
