I got some new turkey sights for my 870 express. does anyone know if the bead is pressed in? I have a old wingmaster that is threaded. But I can't get this one on my express out. Figured it was pressed in.

I think it is staked on from the underside of the rib before it is soldered on to the barrel. Hope this helps.

all of the beads on the express models i have seen have been pressed in. i used to use dull side cutters to get under the bead and pop it out when they were closed. a friend of mine made me a special tool to take them out. he had some time on his hands.
