Working on a Bayard (rebranded Belgian Pieper) shotgun. There's a loose post/pin in one of the sidelocks that the V spring wraps around. The thread OD on the worn one is .097 and on the twin is .105. I'm meauring the thread as a metric .6 mm pitch. 2.5mm x.6mm? Does this sound right? Doesn't look like that's a standard thread pitch, but this is a 110 year old gun. Probably will just cut it and see if it fits. | ||
