I am considering my options as I would like a Pre-64 with quick detach mounts so irons could be used if needed. HOWEVER, with the prices so high for a shooter, I have wondered how expensive it would be to just buy a new M70 and have irons added.

Is this possible without it looking poorly? How expensive is this likely to be? Nate

I put a NECG adjustable rear and NECG banded front on a new Model 70 back in February. Sights run about $200 with about $75 for installation. They look great on the rifle.

Now my wheels are spinning!
