On the rear end of the barrel on my T3, visible from the mag well or action with a light is stamped the following, 300 WSM OE 316. My question is what does the OE 316 mean? Also can any one recomend a fix to; the bullets loaded in the mag compressing back into the case after being fired and deforming tips and altering OAL?
