HS Precision builds multi-calibre take down rifles, as does Dakota. Kifaru has an interesting switch barrel gun, but all the available calibers use the same bolt face. Hope this helps. - Dan

Clyde Moore of D&D Guns (Clawson, Michigan) is talented at building switch-barrel rifles. Don't know about the "different bolt faces" requirement however.

I believe the number at his shop is 248-853 1512

Also Norseman Arms, sorry I don't have their number, but I believe they have a web site.

The Blaser 93 has a swappable barrel and boltface system.

INS,
With a different bolt face? You are asking a bit too much. The big problem does not come with the larger bolt face but it is associated with it. It comes with the magazine dimenstions and proper feeding. That is not only hard to do but impossible without a change of the magazine and action. Pretty soon you are going to end up with totally different rifles and have a switch recoil pad.

However there are lots of folks who build switch barrel rifles.

I just did a search on the net for the features of the Blaser 93 and it does indeed have different bolt faces. It seems to have a unique in line feed magazine also. I stand corrected.

Considering the original post was 2002, I think this thread is probably dead.
