You will need a 127 tooth transpose gear to cut metric threads on a American pitch lead screw. Check the gear chart on your lathe. What make & size is your lathe? I had to cut metric threads for 2 barrels last week.
Yep, the muzzle flush coolant system is great, I had to chamber 5 barrels last week. Would have been a pain with the old wipe & brush method! Plus you get a much better finish to the chamber. If you use water soluble oil, mix it very heavy.
