I very seldom go to some of the other parts of AR and that is a mistake. I jumped in the Double Rifle forum and watched Bailey Bradshaw build a double rifle from scratch. He even forged the steel for his receiver. Bailey is a very talented young man. I think you owe it to yourself to follow it. He is also building a falling block receiver on the singleshot forum.

Do a search on Bailey and you will find he builds very very nice knives and engraves.
