Well, since Jack has"unplugged" for a while, how are we going to get his results of the evaluation of the MRC 1999? He was one of the chosen three, and now has left us hanging.

Thanks to the other two gunsmiths who returned their eval in a timely manner.

I believe he has already done one. Maybe it was around May or so? Try a search.

My understanding from a post on HA was that Jack was (a) having computer trouble and (b) a working gunsmith who is very busy right now. I'm sure he will appreciate everyones patience. Sean

Bluetick,
The eval Jack posted in May was for a short action prototype I believe. I was asking about the action that Walex had problems with that Dan at MRC sent to three independent gunsmiths, Jack included. This evolved in the last month. Thanks.

I haven't heard from Jack since I sent the rifle in for him to evaluate. I may try calling him, but like most gunsmiths I'm sure he is getting swamped with work and doesn't like to answer the phone? I'm sure that he will post his evaluation as soon as he can.
