Have you seen this site? Toward the bottom, all manner of Torx screws. Do you have the facility to slightly shorten .375" long screws?

Why don't you get them from the guys who make the scope rings? Seems like a no brainer to me. It's not like they stopped making them.

duhh....because they (Weaver) do NOT offer Torx screws for their rings.

If you are interested in an Allen head just order them from MSC. They are about $9.00 per 100 for blued and $22.00 per 100 for Stainless.

I just today, installed a Weaver base that had 6-48, Torx head, .326 long screws, so Weaver does use them.
