I would like to replace the trigger and safety on my CD mini mauser. The trigger is fine but the safety leaves a lot to be desired. Specifically, it is just difficult to work.

Any suggestions?

I had a marvelous fix for mine. I took the safety off and hoyed it.

Apparently when the trigger pull got below 2 lbs
the safety gives up any pretense of working.

I put a Timney feather weight on mine. The one for the regular M98 mates up nicely. I used the one without the safety because It'll have a NEGC 3 postion installed too.

JAL, That must be the problem because it worked so, so before I adjusted the trigger; now it doesnt work at all.
