To all, I am trying to mount a Leopold Delta Point Pro to a quick detach mount to go on the front mount on a CZ550 458 Lott. Leopold screws are simply not long enough to secure through recoil. The screw is a cap head Torx M4. Can anyone on here help me. Thanks, and if you can PM me as i get forgetful on checking.

I believe the thread size is M4 x 0.7 mm.

Pick your length.

Dimensions would be needed to narrow things down.

Head diameter and depth and total length.

If by cap he means socket.

Knowing who made the mount would be really helpful. Vortex Defender came with 4 or 5 ziplock bags of screws. Same two worked for the Ruger base from AMHR and Freedom Arms.

It is the M4 thread and the need to be 7/8" long with a socket or cap head. Current ones i have are Torx. Reason they need to be 7/8 long is because recoil stripped the very top threads and if I had longer screws I get to good threads. Other option i have is just to buy another base. Thanks for responses and if someone has some available i would appreciate it. All gunsmiths in immediate area do not have them that long and i dont want to buy cheap china amazon stuff.
