Very good video.
Remington should sue CNBC for defamation and force them to air this video on prime time TV.

Actually I think Cerbus Capital has the deeper pockets, and should go after CNBC!

The anti's will never quit, so the should at least occasionally have to pay for their play.

But on the other hand maybe the gun industriy in general should file a class action law suit against congress for the false statements and slander they spew

Well the purported design flaws of the Remington trigger and or safety may well have been overstated by CNBC, but to say the Remington 700 is "the finest and most-trusted bolt action rifle in the world"? That's a bit overstated as well.

Why not just be happy that Remmington improved, and use a new triggersystem in the future.

I think the whole indudstry, would be better of, listening to complains, and use the complaints in the process of an ongoing improvement.

To be honnest all this denail reminds me of politicans who rather spend billions on coverup, than spending a few thousand on making mistakes right.

Typical socialist propaganda, NBC has been the mouth piece for the left for a long time, no one should be surprised. I have owned at least 50 Rems and never had a problem.

Jorgen,

The only "ongoing improvement" the anti gun movement would find acceptable would be eliminating firearms as well as the manufacturing of them in this country. The CNBC program was a simplistic, textbook example of how the anti gun ankle biters work.

I find have a hard time trusting either side. MSNBC has a proven record of shady "investigative reporting", Remington is just another large corporation that will always try to cover their tracks, you NEVER admit fault.

Craigster, Thank you for the post. I'm responsible for firearm safety at work, I try to get the point across that guns poke holes in things. Never let your guard down when a gun is around. shayne

Perhaps senor Belk will now finish up those projects that he was paid for most of a decade ago, or, pay his former clients back their money with a touch of interest to boot.
