No, but Brownell's sells or used to sell replacement levers to fit Ruger rings that converted them to a QR ring.
Personally, having had the levers on QR mounts snag on brush on several occasions, I prefer the stock Ruger rings, and use the screw driver on my Swiss Army knife, or a coin and the pliers on my Leatherman (one or the other is always on me) to remove them when necessary.

Those levers that Brownells used to sell to convert Ruger rings into QD are no longer available. I contacted Brownells a month or so ago and they gave me the makers number and they are indeed no longer available. The Warne QD rings that I have on my Rugers have proven 100% satisfactory, and they are on a 458 and 416 Rigby M77s.
Not to worry, any gunsmith can convert the Ruger Rings to QD by tig welding a lever on it and you can glue the offside rear screws to a locked position, or skip the levers and use a coin..The idea is a return to the same position...
Ray, Well bless my soul! I never thought about epoxying that offside fixture in the Ruger ring. That would improve return to zero. Well, well...learn sumthin ever day! An old dog can teach new tricks! But can an old dog learn new tricks?
