I picked up a set of 1" detachable scope rings the other day that are exactly like these except mine have a removeable stud on the pinch/locking plate that locks the lever. They do not have a recoil blade in the bottom groove so I don't think they are warnes. They do seem to fit a 3/8" rimfire grooved receiver but I don't think they are for a rimfire.

Any idea what brand/style - talley or warne premiers? I need to find out so I can get a set of bases to put on a pre-64 70?

The sure look like single screw talleys to me.

I'm thinking they are polished versions of the the rings on my model 10, you can buy the levers separately
......
