Is it possible to convert this in .375 H&H to a detachable box magazine from the hinged floorplate? If so is it feasible? thanks-karl

Yes, but,

The model 75 stocks are fatter at that point to accomodate the detachable magazine, so you would have to scrounge up a new stock.

Personal opinion only, but I really prefer the older style magazines on the Sakos.

If you decide to do it I will buy your old bottom metal.
