It's a Husqvarna (supplied by FN).

I've owned a couple, but not with the stripper-clip hump in place.

Yep, Thats be a Husqvarna, FN action. I have a couple with charger hump and thumb slot, 3 with no slot no hump. The ones with no slot and yes hump were made in transition period before the charger hump was dropped.

I think that one is Ken Butches imports with his adding the serial number on the front ring like that picture shows. The recievers werent marked , just the barrel.

Many had the 3 holes drilled in the side for side scope mount, To Bad. Wonder what the welds look like inside.
