| A model 11 or 11-87? I have never tried turning a 11-87 around but based on memory only it might work. I know I have turned others around on other shotguns. Mideay did sell a left had saftey conversion for the 1100 & 11-87 I think it was around $15
As usual just my $.02 Paul K

| The Rem M11 safety was inside the trigger guard until 1929IIRC and could be used with the right or left trigger finger, handy for the south paws. |

There was a giant head safety offered by Williams which was made in both right and left hand versions. I'm straining my memory about these particular safeties and if I recall correctly, I don't believe you can turn these around. The safety ball detents and the trigger block, to my recollection are oriented for one direction only.

| Thanks for the responses. It is a Model 11 that is humpbacked like the Browning Auto. I think Westpac may be right, I haven't had one apart in years. |
