I have a Uberti Baby Rolling Block Carbine in 357 Magnum and was wondering if it could stand up to the Maximum if I ran a 357 maxi reamer into it? I know there people that has did this so what do you think do it or just be happy with the Magnum, it shoots great as it is but have always wanted the Maxi in one of these Carbine but would like some info on it.

The rolling block action is not the strongest one around. They ayy have a lot of spring. The cases actually bend as the breech block moves back.
I own and shoot several old ones, actually never fired one of the new ones. I'm thinking it's already pretty stressed with a 357.
