Just wanted to pass along my positive experience for any interested.

I recently ordered a stock, which had a few issues in my opinion (due in part to my somewhat persnickety nature) and sent it back to them. I spoke with Mr Jim Borden and Mrs. Joan Borden, and had a replacemnt sent my way in just about two weeks time. Importantly, the people there were very professional and handled this all in a very positive manner. It is clear that they hold customer satisfaction in high regard. In short , it was all a very pleasant experience.

While I have yet to put the stock top use, I am quite impressed, it is my first, and I decided upon it due the opinions of the learned around here. It appears to be well made, and if stands up, I know I will be a repeat customer.

Just wanted to put a little good "press" out there, as all too often all we hear from are the detractors.

I had plans to buy a Rimrock but they dont offer it for the model 7. Glad to here they are good to do business with.
