We've been buying our reamers from PTG for quite a while now. Dave Kiff is one of the few owners/managers that you can actually talk to about problems or whatever. I would if I were you purchase straight through Dave. If he can't export it to you, get ahold of Jeff at our shop at jeff@montanarifleman.com and ask him about it. We do exporting of actions and barrels all of the time, don't see why we couldn't ship something as simple as a tool???
We have on occasion rented reamers from Elk Ridge or Shawnie, whatever you want to call them, and have found that sometimes they are great and get it to you right away and then there are times where you request the head space guages and don't see them until you start hounding them every week.

I was wondering if I was the only one that got screwed by Shawnee and didn't get kissed. She rented me a 250 Savage reamer that was grossly over spec. I didn't discover this till firing the gun and the brass was visibly bulged all the way around at the base. Upon measuring the reamer the problem was found. I called Shawnee to request the correct size reamer, bottom line is she said that there was 2 sets of reamer dimensions for the 250 Sav. according to SAAMI spec's and it was my problem for not knowing which one to order and if I wanted the other reamer(250 Sav.) that it would cost the regular rental fee. I told her up front that I wasn't after money for a ruined barrel or the cost of barreling and chambering, her comment was "I'm not giving you anything anyway". So plain and simple is I wouldn't P*#S in her mouth even if her tonsil's were on fire.
Dave Kiff is up front and #1 guy.

I will share this as I learned it the hard way in the past. Usualy you can dispute the charge with Visa and get your money back. In the USA there is a 60 Day time limit. They will not accept disputes that arise after that. If I order a product and it does not arrive within 50 days I begin the dispute process. In either event the worst that will happen is I will recover my money. If you have a Gold, Platnum or some other premium type of credit card it may come with Insurance that would protect you in a case like this. Contact your Visa service center to find out if they can help. Best of luck getting your money back.

Something you might try...if you report to the credit card company that it was a case of fraud they extend the time limit.....might be worth a try..good luck
