Stoeger Condor O/U not going bang
I have a Stoger Condor U/O that won't go bang on the top barrel. It makes a strong click but not even a dent on the primer.

As a general rule, people are nuts!

Like many (cheap) Brazilian made firearms the Stoeger Condor gun is not without it's problems. The lubricant used in the Stoeger can harden with age and stop things from working. Also a known issue is the safety creeping on a little when the first barrel (under) is fired preventing the top barrel firing. Of course a broken firing pin is a possibility too, the hammer will throw with a strong click but no tip on the pin to hit the primer. Remove the stock and check all these things.
Some of the earlier Brazilian made shotguns used nails as firing pins, they were horribly made things.

Firing pins for double guns are relatively easy to make. Cost is the deciding factor. Internals for AyAs' come as blanks, that need fit and finished. I made simple shop drawings of the easier to make parts and screws (if I can't get the parts I may need at some point). Another cost involved is installing, I think that Stoeger probably is inserted from the back with a pin holding and limiting protrusion. Then there are some doubles that are retained by a disc on/in the fence, requiring special tools for removal and installation of said disc. Stoeger guns can have lots of other problems too.
