Will the Blackburn trigger work/fit on a Siamese Mauser?

Thanks

Biggy;

The Siamese trigger is slightly different than a standard Mauser, i.e. the trigger bow sits further to the rear of the sear to clear the magazine. It may be possible to modify an after market trigger to fit but would most likely require cutting and welding.

Many years ago I built a Siamese in 45-70 for elk hunting. Since it wasn't a varmit gun I just cleaned up the original trigger and used it to kill a lot of game.

Good luck!

Elk Hunter,

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking of the blackburn trigger as the trigger sets furter back in the bow. On the Brownells sight the Siamese Timney is the same as the regualr Mauser. Maybe I answered my own question.
