Do the barrels used on post-'64 push-feeds (early '80s vintage) have the same barrel shank diameter and threads as the current 'pre-'64' style CFR M-70s?

In other words, could a barrel from a push-feed be installed on a current production CRF (after the extractor cut is made)?

The barrel will fit, but you would have to machine the cone as well as the extractor cut.
