did a search, only thing I found was a company "ETA" that builds a bolt action on an AR frame, not a receiver/bolt deal that drops in a wooden stock as in the video. Other conversions are noted in the UK in my google search, seems a popular item in light of the semi-auto ban.

Watching the video all I got was the rifle has a very short bolt lift, the barrel attachment to receiver is hard to tell, may or may not be threaded to the receiver and could have a barrel extension the bolt locks into......and it has an AR magazine. I don't think it has anything to do with an AR 15. The rifle Tin Can is talking about is totally different from the one in the video.

If you notice when he is working the bolt quickly, he is pulling the trigger with his right ring finger. I believe that is the method taught for rapid fire with the Enfield back in the day. Interesting rifle, but I don't think he is going to hit much rapid fire offhand even with an M14 buttplate.

Is it this:

If so it is a "CAM" rifle from BMS Trading in the UK. I saw one a long time ago. Looked well made but the whole "practical rifle" scene here in UK didn't interest me.

There were, apparently, two sorts. The "MILCAM" and the "SNICAM". If you search an internet using BMS Milcan you'll find it I am sure.

You can see the auction listing here from 2008. Bonhams are very good to deal with BTW. Totally reliable.

That is a homemade stock with AR action. He is a well known fox shooter, author of Foxing With Lamp and Rifle. He had a bolt added to the action when they UK banned auto loaders (over .22) in a knee jerk reaction after a nut-job went a killing spree.

His book describes the gun and he really wishes it was still semi-auto!

If it only had a plastic stock and a stainless
barrel it would sell like hot cakes.
Good Luck!
