Guys, Getting ready to pull and reinstall a savage M10 bbl. Have a barrel vise and will make the correct aluminum insert for it. Will acquire a Savage nut wrench. Understand that an action wrench isn't completely necessary but is handy for positioning and holding the receiver while the nut is tightened. I do have a Brownell's style Mauser action wrench. As the wrench is not used to apply a lot of torque to the action, I thought I would make an insert for the bottom of the wrench with the correct curve cut in it that slides down the bolts. With a layer of light leather over the top of the action, the wrench should provide a good positioning handle without marring the action itself. Make sense?
