A mauser converted to a left handed bolt with right side eject. I imagine the lugs have to be built up and re-made in the opposite direction?

The guide rib is removed, the third lug is removed, the rear bridge is made from scratch and welded on, the rear of the bolt body is cut off and replaced with a mirror image, and the cocking piece is replaced by a mirror image part. A new ejector box is made and a new and totally different ejector is fitted in the left rail.

They aren't worth the trouble.
