S&W revolver
Trying to identify this revolver. I have an idea but having little luck on the S&W sites. appears to have a J frame, maybe a 63. Any help would be appreciated.

i'd say it's a 34, might be 34-1, or might be a 17 variant - it's not stainless, so not a 63

cyl release is a little odd, might be an early --

i'd love to have found this, at the right price

Flat latch, pin barrel, no model number under the crane pre 1957 Most likely a early or pre model 34

Could be a model 35

That's an early what became the 34.
The made them in 4 and 2 1/2" barrel

The model 35 was the 6 inch barrel target version.

You got a nice packing plinking gun there.
