WOT but here goes. I practiced more with my Elk rifle this morning and noticed the tail of the sling is dangling. It used to have a screw and blind nut thru the holes in the leather to hold it neatly
What do you call the screw and nut? I am guessing it is not hard to find if I know what to call it

Thanks

Also called a sex bolt in some catalogs. Or binding bolt or binding screw or binding post.

Or ace hardware or similar stores have some of them in the little hardware plastic bins sometimes.

Perfect opportunity to lace it with rawhide and do away with the tink-tink noise they make banging against the stock!

I've always heard them referred to as a Chicago screw.
